Too bad you want to leave us!

If you no longer want to play hockey next season, cancel your membership in time to avoid being assigned to a team and therefore having to pay contributions again.

Youth members and minisThe cancellation of youth members must be done before May 1 of the current season, this can be done using the form below. If membership is canceled after April 30, but before June 1 of the current season, €85 will be charged. Cancellation after June 1 of each season will result in the full contribution for the new season being due.

Final examination candidates who are not yet sure whether they can play the next season must also submit their cancellation before May 1. However, this is subject to change and must be confirmed or withdrawn later.

Seniors Cancellation of members from seniors, including Sevens and trim hockey, must be emailed to the membership administration [email protected] no later than May 31 of the current season. If the membership is canceled after May 31, but before July 1 of the current season is canceled, €85 will be charged. Cancellation after July 1 will result in the full contribution for the new season being due.

General You can only cancel your membership if the contribution for the past season has been paid in full.

The cancellation will be confirmed by email and is therefore final. No confirmation of the cancellation means that it has not yet been processed. Keep an eye on your mailbox and send a reminder if the confirmation is not received within one week. Any other form of termination is deemed not to have been given. Coaches and/or trainers are of course always happy to inform you of your plans as early as possible, but a cancellation via the coach/trainer is never an official cancellation!



Naturally, we regret any cancellation and thank you for your efforts on and off the field. It is highly appreciated if the reason(s) for termination of membership are shared with us (in the cancellation email) as we may be able to learn something from this. Hopefully we will see you again at HC Rotterdam.
