We have had a fitness room at our club since January 2023. We are of course very proud of this! This immediately offers broader options for treating and supervising injured athletes from HC Rotterdam, but also for personal training. In this message we introduce the users of the Gym to you:


Physiotherapy with DubbelFit


DubbelFit's physiotherapists have been involved in guiding the TOP teams for seasons. Mattias (left) with Men-1 and Steven (right) with Women-1. In addition, many youth players have already taken advantage of the opportunity to recover from their injuries or complaints with Mattias and Steven in recent years.

For your information: Juniors up to the age of 18 are co-insured with their parents for free and are entitled to 18 treatments per calendar year. Parents do not pay a deductible for this either. Reimbursements from the age of 18 come from the supplementary insurance, if this has been taken out.


Personal training op HC Rotterdam


Allard from All-In Training is a personal trainer at HC Rotterdam and moved into the gym in mid-January 2023. In addition to personal training, it is also possible to train in groups at Allard (fun to do with your teammates!). During these small group training sessions, a lot of attention is paid to the correct execution of the exercises and you work together with a maximum of four others on your personal goals according to a clear plan.

Klijsen PT

Amber Klijsen from Klijsen PT has been a personal trainer at HC Rotterdam since March 2023. In addition to personal training, she also provides sports performance training, such as sprint techniques and strengthening the body. Amber has been playing at the top level in hockey for years and provides training to youth.
